If you have made a purchase for an item listed as "in stock," and we do not have that particular item in stock (unless it is drop shipped), you have the option of requesting a refund or selecting another item at the same rate if you choose. Please note that items labeled "This item ships TODAY," ship with our usual process, if it is not labeled "Ships Today," proceed with caution. Once you place an order and agree to the Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued. If you purchase and decide you cannot wait for an item, there will not be any refunds issued.
